Black Jack's nemesis and rival Dr. Kiriko also known as the "Death Doctor" or "Black Jack's Dark Reflection" served in the second world war. His experiences of violence and suffering have driven him to believe that death is sometimes a better alternative than a life of living in pain. Much like Black Jack, he is an underground doctor who travels the world and charging outrageous fees for his own special services...
