Rikako Mitsuoda is a character of the day who appeared in Rough, Tough Jigglypuff. She lives in a small Kanto town with her husband Mitch Mitchum and their young daughter Lisa. She took care of the household for over six months while her husband looked for a Jigglypuff that he could give to Lisa as a birthday present.
