His Wobbuffet was attacked by the Wobbuffet Festival crashers, during the Wobbuffet Festival, and he was the third person of the village whose Wobbuffet was attacked. The Wobbuffet Festival Crashers attacked and defeated Tatsuo's Wobbuffet right in front of the other Wobbuffet Village citizens.
